MASH Budget Report

The table below summarizes the committed and remaining budget for the Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing (MASH) program. Tracks 1A and 1B provide incentives for solar PV systems that offset common area load and tenant loads, respectively. Track 2 provides incentives for projects that provide quantifiable “direct tenant benefits”.
